Specifically, this task is about how the javascript in typeaheads rank and match choices.
Not similar.

T9789 has stabilized (the majority of major transaction types now run through ModularTransactions) although it didn't end up providing much clarity here. This is no longer blocked on anything, I just need to develop a specific technical plan to resolve the "adjust" vs "expand" sequence inside transaction application so the "expand" code has access to the old text by the time it runs.
That sounds reasonable to me. We remain open to more feedback here if it does turn up, but I think we don't have a clear set of next steps otherwise. Thanks for following up!

Awesome (thanks for the super fast answer)!
My belief is that we've satisfied all the requirements for Translatewiki to move forward on their side.
Seeing the long list of merged commits here (thanks Evan and Nikerabbit for elaborating and explaining needs!), are there any further code changes in Phab needed before someone could set up a "Phabricator" project at http://translatewiki.net and let volunteers start contribute translations?

This sounds like a great improvement for the use cases that I am interested in! Thanks!
Worth mentioning is that you can query for exact(username) to get a dashboard for only individual reviews, but this is a partial solution; there's no way to get a dashboard for "all my stuff, except stuff I've explicitly said I don't care about".
This task has meandered a bit, but the current behavior is this:
Is there any way of getting Calendar enabled on a Phacility instance? We're looking to migrate from a self-hosted instance, and it's one of the applications we use to organise meetings, etc.
I think we've ended up in a fairly stable place here, and remaining work generally has existing tasks motivating it in terms of features (like T10967 for reviewers, T10574 for acceptance rules, T2543 for revision states, various tasks for inlines, T9713 for commit message parsing). Obsoleted transaction types also need migrations (but they should happen alongside the migrations that other features require so we're minimizing the number of weeks with migrations that need special planning) and this dumb mess got left in PhabricatorModularTransaction.php and will probably be there for an uncomfortably long time:

Can we please add the keyword subscribe or subscribers in this task title? I looked through 2 pages of subscribers search before filing a dup. I know now I was searching the wrong term, mention would have given it to me instead. But they are related.

This was prioritized privately and PHP7 is now supported. Not sure I got everything, but I'm on PHP7 locally now so presumably I'll hit any remaining issues before too long. T12101 is the new informational task. We will now accept bug reports against PHP7. The documentation should regenerate within a day or so. These changes will promote to stable in about 24 hours.

If you'd like us to look at it, please file a separate bug report with reproduction instructions, following the guide in Contributing Bug Reports.
I think this might have broken one of our Herald rules. The rule in question is an Object rule for Commits on a Project and will open an Audit whenever a commit is made to a repository that's tagged with this project.
At least it did ~2 month ago and after the upgrade it just won't fire. Just using the test console on a new commit in a repo tagged with the project simply says "Rule failed".
To make sure i already removed all the other conditions from it so it only states "always".

I think we'd have to build another Remarkup rendering target to accomplish that (sending sanitized text-only emails, for example). I also believe we do no policy checks in Remarkup (which is cached).

I'm going to dump everything into master now because I believe any disastrous brokenness should be reasonably easy to fix at this point.

So should Arcanist be modified to just call differential.revision.edit directly then?

JIRA actually seems fine: arc, web UI, and both the integrations (link / post) work properly for me at HEAD of master.

In T550#202580, @epriestley wrote:Multiple hostname stuff: Today, the SSH hostname of an install and the HTTP hostname do not need to be the same.
We use this in the Phacility cluster: Phacility HTTP instances are at instance.phacility.com, but serve repositories via vault.phacility.com.
The technical reason for this is mostly that ELBs can't accept port 22 traffic -- or couldn't when I set them up. It looks like new VPC-ELBs may be able to accept on 22. We currently use HAProxy to balance SSH traffic and ELBs for HTTP traffic.
We could require that all hostnames be the same and change the cluster to bounce SSH traffic through the ELB to the HAProxy LBs and use new VPC ELBs, or put HAProxy in front, or whatever else. But this is probably more work for us than letting them differ.
There are also some possible arguments for using a different hostname for Conduit CLI SSH access (conduit.whatever.com) that has different DNS-based load balancing behavior than other SSH access.
