Our organization likes to mark inline comments as "done", denoting that the comment has been addressed. To make sure all comments are addressed (both for the reviewer and author), it would be nice to see all outstanding comments that are not marked "Done" over all commits.

PS. I am new to Phab and Maniphest, so apologies if I haven't fully groked the existing UI/features. We're happy with the tool so far!
