Problem:
The default email preference sends a lot of emails. Although each email has link to email preferences, on opening it you are given a lot of preferences to choose from. Its difficult to infer which setting caused a particular email to be sent to you.

Possible solution:
Each email has a EMAIL PREFERENCES section. Along with it some text could be added which tells you the exact preference which caused you to receive that particular email. For example, the email can have a text like: To not get this type of emails, go to email preference and under Audits section, disable email for A commit is created.
