@epriestley do you think it is worth trying to debug this ? those javelin components have alaways feel strange to me and for this one in peculiar, it really feels hard debugging it.

I had to compile this on a Macbook running OS 10.10.3 just now. Recalled some documentation existing already, and stumbled upon this task and https://secure.phabricator.com/book/javelin/article/facebook/. The steps that worked for me were

Event listeners do, generally speaking, respect middle and right clicks. This isn't a case of event listeners just being too ambitious.

I have a Droid MAXX and see this sort of thing sometimes as well. It usually clears up on a reload of the page.

It seems to happens if JavaScript doesn't download / execute, which breaks lots of things (besides layout). Unclear why though or how to reproduce with consistency (perhaps even a CDN issue?). I've only seen it maybe 1/1000 page loads.

It's not a security concern -- the only reason that we intentionally reject files is if they larger than the configured limits.

Not sure if it is the order in which Windows Explorer extracts files vrs. 7Zip, lack of browser support, or intentional design.

Opera 25 on the mac fires once and Firefox 31 on the mac both fires twice. I tried to reproduce this issue by running
