what do others do about that timezone thing? I'm not aware that i needed to specify a timezone on other services.
why not using the browsers timezone by default and giving the possibility to set a static one in the settings if really required (without this message popping up)

so would you mind closing the task? I can't do it myself.
If you don't plan to add it: just reject the task - no problem. I just wanted to let you guys no that there is a slightly more secure way of doing what you provide to all the novice users out there.
i'm offsite until next thursday. will update the latest version then and recheck. the version used is about 2 weeks old and from stable branch.
this still applies 2 years after sending a diff. is there missing something?

just updated, it works now without cluster.addresses set.
Error if cluster.addresses is not set at all:
D11159 seems to be related
./bin/config set cluster.addresses '["0.0.0.0/0"]'

OMG, sorry for wasting your time! epristley is actually right. I've somehow managed to mix up "Reviewers" and "Reviewed By" in the log....

to support selinux context switches you should use runuser instead of su.
added to my github fork https://github.com/vinzent/phabricator/tree/master/resources/selinux and linked on https://secure.phabricator.com/w/community_resources/
Beside !requiretty i've defined also umask settings to enforce group-readwriteability of repo files.
