Wooo! I think this completely covers my old request at T9520: Allow Workboards to show a thumbnail image within each card. :-)

Another +1, with details:
ogg theora videos are the most common across Wikimedia (in articles, documentation, and bug-reports), partially because of the simpler licensing issues, hence many of our editors/developers are accustomed to producing/working with ogg theora video.
For example, the default output of the FOSS screencast recording software RecordMyDesktop is ogg theora, and that's what I use to record videos of hard-to-describe/reproduce bugs. (e.g. at https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T103433 )

Quick note, that performance would be my biggest concern as an end-user.
When we were using Trello, it would frequently cause my (firefox) browser to "freeze" for 30-60 seconds at a time, whilst medium to large size boards were loading, and dragging cards around was usually sluggish-feeling. e.g. https://trello.com/b/k5N0ivoM/research-and-data
Versus my experience with Phabricator so far, which has been that medium size boards load quite rapidly, and dragging cards around feels quite responsive. e.g. (1,600+ cards) https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/tag/flow/

Note overlap with T5791: Write Herald rules for outbound mail. (or possibly mergeable, with some details added?)

A "time limit" (users can only delete within (n) minutes of initially saving the comment) or a "rate limit" (users can only make (n) deletions per day) would be a good minimal protection. I'd like to suggest/request raising the priority of this task. Ideally, this feature could be available before Nov 24.

I find the "possible duplicates" search very handy when using Wikimedia's bugzilla. My experience and usual workflow matches what @qgil describes.

I think we've got it worked out at our end, in https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T798 so I'll close this task. Thank you :)
