This is the real one; I goofed rPde09334a364f with a funky local merge. I'll add some guard rails to the release script if it happens again or when I'm next updating it.

I improved the safety of this process in rCORE30e4c07f, since there were a couple of other fixes related to building the little "Migrations" table that I caught, too.
