I can still reproduce this on Firefox 49.0.2 , using the default Samsung keyboard on my tab.
However, if I switch to the Hacker's Keyboard, it works correctly.

The blue group icon does hide the box. It didnt occur to me to try that, as it is not inside the box frame. I did look at the + beside participants, but guessed correctly that was only add.

It also occurs in landscape for my mobile. LG D335
And "request desktop site" does not work.

I saved "Ignore Conflict" here and on phabricator.wikimedia.org , but a few hours later the warning message overlay has reappeared. Im going to ignore it here, so that the devs can see when I last saved "Ignore Conflict".
Hit by this again on a trip to a nearby country. Can the "Ignore Conflict" option be moved out of the list so the user doesnt have to click "Save Timezone" to in fact register they want no change. I instinctively want to hit the Cancel button on this popup/overlay, as I dont want to change my timezone. I just want the message to stop.

My device is part of my life based in a real timezone. My OSS development and other intensive online community activity occurs in UTC, to simplify my mental calculations about other people's current time and aiding communication of timestamps and deltas.
Can reproduce in v 47.0
I tested on 4.4.2 and it worked.
Could we special case UTC, with a custom message and simpler "no change" process?
Because they waste people's time being looked at forever.
Can we move tasks like this out of real projects? To a junk project?

https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T129049#2242513 was quite easy to do using iceweasel on debian on android 10" tablet. It involved moving the task from Backlog to the last column which wasnt visible on the screen. This might be more difficult with larger workboards, but there are definitively scenarios where this is painless on a tablet, and is a natural UI for the action on that type of device.
I wonder if it is any more difficult on high res smart phones in landscape mode- I suspect it might work quite well also.

See T5181#136121 above.
I used gmail app. I was using inline quoting, hoping to have a result similar to the web "quote" function.
The tests you mention don't include any inline quotation, and a little browsing Maniphest leads me to T5181: Parse in-line replies in email responses .
This appears to be a Differential feature request , and is roughly the "show thread context for reply comments" suggestion on T10694 is about.
Ha. I see quoting via email doesnt work properly
(via edit or follow up comment). We also have plenty of valid reasons
someone wants to post just a quote (especially on long threads). I can't
see much value in spending engineering time on this, personally.

If this is an automated list of mentioned objects displayed in the header, it would likely resolve some or all of T6831: Embedding a mock or a file in a task should add a link in the header.

This should be a separate subtask from T4200, and have subtasks for each major OS/distro/packaging system.
