Description

When two task Ids are put into a task separated by only a slash, the email uses links to the objects, but doesnt add whitespace so that they are distinct links in the email.

E.g. here is one email body I just received

I think implementing https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T120165/https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T136080
might bring this forward a long way (IIUIC).  ....

D19032 now renders D123 in text contexts (plaintext email) as D123 <https://dev.tyrellcorp.com/D123> instead of https://dev.tyrellcorp.com/D123.

This should preserve original intent more faithfully and produce two separate, clickable links for inputs like T123/T124.
