Our existing process also works with post-commit reviews instead of pre-commit. We used Upsource before, which handled the feature of having multiple commits for a specific audit quite elegant. Would love to see such a feature in Phabricator too.

Sorry if I've overseen something... This means that deleting columns is not possible? I just added some columns for testing, and would like to clean up again to add the columns I really need. I have 5 columns, but I'll only need 3 - So renaming wouldn't be a workaround.

I can imagine that once you get used to Phabricator and certain workflows develop you'll easily navigate through the UI and find what you need.
Seems to be the old one? I also like the grouped applications more than the current view. Hope #T4103 is allowing custom UX presets soon. Controlling that especially new users see just the applications that are important to them would improve user acceptance a lot.
I've just set up my first Phabricator instance and worked my way through everything. What I can tell so far is that the current homepage design is not very beginner friendly. There's a lot of applications available and it's hard to figure out what is used and what is really needed. A way to sort the application bar in groups like this design would help a lot.
Is something like this still being worked on currently or has focus shifted to other areas?

Hm, Problem solved:
In my case there has been ServerName FooAddress defined in the default-server.conf while my vhost for Phabricator was configured to ServerName FooAddress.FullAddress.com. It seems as if Phabricator then was jumping between those two addresses?
I'm sorry for bringing this up again - I've got the exact same problem and there's nowhere else to discuss the issue.
