Well, I went to the files application via the Explore more Applications link on the sidebar. Then I hit upload file and select the mkv. It uploads, but then fails showing that message afterwards.

Well, unless Mark all as Read is hit.
But I imagine there are situations when doing that wouldn't be ideal.

It looks like there's a maximum number of characters that a Flag can take.
I have some shorter Flag notes and they seem to work fine when edited.

It does not occur here.
