Happens in latest available versions of Chrome and Firefox on Android...

Reproduction

1. Visit an existing task.
2. From the drop down at the bottom of the page, select Upload Files
3. Hit Browse ... An overlay should popup asking what app to use.

Since this works outside of creating a new task... maybe it should do the same thing when tapping on the icon?
