CircleCI support appears to be ending on August 31, 2018. CircleCI is sunsetting "1.0", and "2.0" does not support webhooks, which Phabricator requires. See T13188 for discussion.

Mercurial 4.7 (which adds a new "protocaps" command) is now supported.

• [] When the filetree element is enabled, Differential now defaults to the "History" tab, not the "Files" tab.
