New Highlight Remarkup Rule

Remarkup now has a highlight rule, activated with !!text!!.

ApplicationEditor

Much of my focus this week was laying groundwork for ApplicationEditor. It now sort-of mostly exists and Paste is driven by it, including a new paste.edit endpoint. The infrastructure will get more features and then expand to other applications.

Upcoming

ApplicationEditor (T9132) is continuing to move forward.

Nuance (T8783) and updates to Projects (T9378) and Phriction (T9379) are still the plans for the remainder of the year.
