We renamed these to "Prototype" applications with stricter warnings about quality and support, and made Releeph a normal prototype.

- Releeph is now a normal "prototype" application, and no longer installed with releeph.installed. Depending on whether prototypes are enabled, this may have no effect on anything. You can find instructions for prototypes here: https://secure.phabricator.com/book/phabricator/article/prototypes/

Releeph is a prototype application but not officially listed as one. This is a long and complicated story. Releeph is not ready for external use.
I am not able to replicate any install bug on my test install. For installing Prototypes, make sure you have phabricator.show-prototypes set to true.
What are you using Releeph for? It's currently a prototype application and not for general use.
