We should update the page title when a notification is received, to reflect the unread notification count. We could possibly/alternatively do a similar thing with the favicon.

Having the favicon also change would be very cool. I usually have my phabricator tab pinned, which means that I don't see the title.

It can be option in phabricator configuration, and also phabricator already supports similar notification but only after you view tab with task?

Especially in scenarios like this, for people that like to have important tasks open in tabs.
