Description

If you try muting herald rules:

Fails with:

Attempting to apply a transaction (of class "HeraldRuleTransaction", with type "core:edge") which has not been constructed correctly: Transaction has type "core:edge", but that transaction type is not supported by this editor (HeraldRuleEditor).

This should be fixed by D20943. Note that "Mute" in this context mutes notifications about edits to the object (e.g. "Alice renamed rule Hxxx from X to Y."), not notifications sent by the rule itself.
