Description

Trying to mess with the new Harbormaster support for Circle CI introduced in D14286, which requires creating an API token credential. Attempting to create the token from inside the Harbormaster tool makes the dialogue box disappear. Creating the token from the Passphrase app results in a PhabricatorDataNotAttachedException no matter how we configure the form.

Whoops, thanks. This got rebased across 200 years of changes and I didn't re-test creating a credential. D15512 should fix it.
