• Bugs: Incorrect behaviors with technical remedies and ongoing support costs.
• Product Usability/Confusion/Consistency Issues: Product features which are difficult to use, confusing, or not consistent with user expectations or across applications that can reasonably be improved with technical or product changes.
• Gaping Wounds: Feature development where the foreseeable cost of feature implementation and maintenance is much lower than ongoing support costs.
