Thanks for the feedback guys! I am fine with policy violations, what I am trying to do is get Phabricator to start sending a single email per action and just have it include all of the recipients in the single email (as To x,y,z and CC mailing list a, b, c). Is that not what this option should allow me to configure? If it should be doing what I expect are there other things I can look at to diagnose why the expected behavior is not happening?

Ankur beat me too it. I am curious if you guys have solved this particular issue via using another feature of phabricator rather than custom queries/dashboards. If so I would like to see what you guys are doing.

I agree with Ankur that the current stacking behavior that happens when you have more tabs than can fit in one row looks fine. The only visual tweak I would suggest is injecting a border between each row. I also prefer the horizontal layout even at small screen sizes rather than stacking the tabs as it currently does. Here is an example of multiple rows:

@chad when you say its super costly, you mean from the SQL queries perspective? In terms of implementation it should be essentially running something like SQL_CALC_FOUND_ROWS and returning the total number along with the results to the frontend.

I have been using the boards a bunch lately and this type of on-board usability would be amazing!
