Commit hash links to symbol lookup

Description

It seems that an inline comment containing a commit hash doesn't interact well with the symbol lookup functionality. See the inline comment on D14108 for example. Ctrl+clicking on the commit hash opens https://secure.phabricator.com/diffusion/symbol/501007f0122e55a36faf53c456ffefff89d93fe7/?lang=php&repositories=PHID-REPO-7549473b706cf5093dbf%2CPHID-REPO-08d9fc47cf397db6ce83&jump=true.
