I don't know whether this is a good idea, but whenever leasing a resource from Drydock fails I always find I have to click through the artifact to find the cause of the failure. There's D10504 which kind of stores this in a concrete field, but maybe an easier solution is just to show the last 10 - 15 Drydock log messages on the Lease Host step?
