Display import status / percentage on repository front page

Description

When importing a repository, currently only people with Can-Edit and access to /diffusion/REPO/edit/ can see the status of the import / percentage. It would be nice if others could also estimate how far the import progressed.

Possible solution: The import status/ percentage could be displayed right on the repository front page, e.g. above the No Such Branch - There is no branch named "master" in this repository message.

Maybe rename the edit page "advanced" or something, and let anyone with "can view" see it?

One minor concern is that the errors on this page sometimes disclose somewhat-sensitive information. This is less true now than when I originally wrote the page (we now use %P in csprintf() and censor credential-like output) but the messaging is still not totally within our control.
