When viewing revisions the diff views now attempt to link symbols even though the repositories are not configured for symbols. This can cause some confusion to developers, as well as be slightly in the way when attempting to copy something.

Suggested behaviors:

• If you've configured either "indexed languages" or "uses symbols from" with anything, or have at least one symbol, turn it on (@epriestley).
• Only if have any symbols, or sources (@avivey)
