I seem to be unable to add new repositories to owner groups after they've been created.

• Go into Owners > All Packages
• Select a package
• "Edit Package"
• "Add New Path"
• Select a new path to own and "Save Package".

Nothing seems to happen. Paths do not appear to have changed.

I've tried this on a couple of different packages with the same result. I'm admin on the site, and a member of the owner project in both cases (also tried switching myself to sole owner, with not difference). Other edits seem to work fine.
