I was thinking menu item could work in ApplicationSearch as well, the Global/Personal menu paradigm.

I think it should use the same global/personal paradigm (let administrators save Global queries, supplementing the current ability for users to save personal queries).

I'm substantially less sure that you should be able to install a dashboard or a link to Maniphest to Differential's main application menu.

This silly name is because I previously fixed a real user report of this and gave a query a silly name in order to reproduce it, but I don't recall when that was and I'm not sure which CSS file to git log / git blame.

oh, yeah I meant just with searches.

(Maybe the real user report was something only indirectly related, like putting the query on a Dashboard? That would make sense given that the name talks about dashboards...)
