"View Raw File" in Diffusion no longer takes you to the raw output of the file

Description

Formerly when you clicked on the "View Raw File" button in Diffusion, it would output to the screen the raw text of the file. Now it redirects to a temporary file where you can download the file, which is not what I wanted, I just want to quickly view it so I can C&P the content.

Steps:

  1. Go to a php file in Diffusion - https://secure.phabricator.com/source/phabricator/browse/master/src/applications/search/menuitem/PhabricatorProfileMenuItem.php
  2. Click "View Raw File"
  3. End up viewing the file information, not the content of the file

This reproduces on my instance and secure.
