Restricted credentials show as unknown in Drydock

Description

I saw "Unknown Object (Passphrase Credential)" on https://secure.phabricator.com/drydock/blueprint/8/, presumably because I don't have have view access to the credentials. This should say "restricted" rather than "unknown" for consistency with other areas of the UI.

This is because that credential is in a restricted Space so this is ultimately the same as T9771, I'm just going to merge it there. The actual Query looks to be implemented fine so I think this is purely a Space issue.
