How to Reproduce:

1. add personal Herald rule to auto-assign yourself to created Maniphest tasks, that doesn't have an assignee specified
2. create new task without assignee
3. look at the feed on the homepage

The avatar is missing in feed entries, that were created due Herald rule invocation (see image below).
