Description

I'm not sure if this issue is an isolated incident but wanted to file it before I forgot. I saw the following on T9952:

The text should read:

changed status from "Duplicate" to "Resolved".

I believe this was resolved shortly afterward, in connection with T6884.

At the least, I can't reproduce it locally at HEAD:
