for example, if I type T123 it gets linked to the corresponding task, but https://secure.phabricator.com/T123 does not. It would be very convenient if phabricator could recognize both.

er better example: T1023 v. https://secure.phabricator.com/T1023. Ideally both would be handled the same way.
