Add "idea://" to the upstream editor whitelist

Summary: This supports the IntelliJ IDEA editor.

Test Plan:

• Looked at the editor settings panel, saw "idea://".
• Set my editor pattern to "idea://a?b".
• (Did not actually install IntelliJ IDEA.)
