I have tried to do the same on https://secure.phabricator.com/ by creating a dashboard for testing the issue, but here there seems to be no problem.

I have encountered the same issue on Chrome 39, Mozilla Firefox and Safari.

When I 'Manage Dashboard' to re-arrange panels and drag the top panel to the bottom of the page, it gets set for that moment. But as soon as the Dashboard changes are installed or the daemons are restarted './bin/phd restart' the dashboard reverts to it's previous state.

Buddy, I had already been using that by tweaking the JSON file in the config,. Just wanted to know about your plans of introducing it in the application. Anyways, thanks for your help guys. I really appreciate this product and would continue to use it at our organization.
