The error I got turned out to be caused by my idiotic (or fabulous) attempt to use emoji as my hostname. The factory one more specifically - guess you guys at Phacility should jump on the boat too.

This usually indicates you are using a self-signed certificate.

That is actually a good question, I can see how the expected behavior is unclear. The use case I had was to move a group of tasks in Need Triage into somewhere in other priorities. Need Triage is like an Inbox for me and then I will prioritize the tasks in that into more specific ones.

Mystery solved: it is not supported in (README.md)[1].
@epriestley was right, the checkboxes are functional UI pieces [1]. I saw it disabled was because of permissions.
In GitHub, the generated HTML disabled the checkbox - it is not an interactive piece. It is a pure presentational piece.
