This is a larger issue, but I wonder if there's a better euphemism we can use for "Free" than "Open Source".

For free users, this euphemism conveys higher status than, e.g., "For Freeloading Users" or "For Users Who Do Not Pay Us Any Money", but I think it's slightly misleading for paying customers, who are also "Open Source".

One term might be "Free to Play", although I think that's only slightly better than "Free" and not great.

Maybe tweak this call to action since "file an issue" isn't exactly the action they take.

171–174

Maybe be more specific: you can "encounter a bug via a Phacility instance" without being a paying customer.
