For external hosted repo in Phabricator. The sync mechanism makes it possible to let phabricator see the updates. But the latency will be 30 seconds to minutes.

This could make phabricator knowing the changes in real-time. So, could phabricator support bitbucket's webhook?

I read the diffusion_updates doc. I just say it would be better if Phabricator support the webhook feature provided by Bitbucket/Github. A lot projects are hosting on these provider, and it will be an easier life to just use standard git tools.
