Description

Similar to the 'Recently Closed' column, I think all numbers in the Maniphest Report should be clickable, allowing the user to drill down and see that set of tasks.

Attached the patch we're using locally, and seems to do what we want without impacting performance.

This UI is on life support until Facts (T1562) gets built, and I don't plan to make any upstream changes/improvements.
