After the commit rPbce0698a0f5d: Modernize Audit search engine, Needs Audit is no longer listing commits that require an audit due to Owners packages which the user is a member of. To find such audits, the user either needs to sort through all audits under Open Audits to find those relevant to them, or define their own custom filter.
