This is mostly just for context and will take a while, but the name "MetaMTA" is obsolete nonsense from the time when the application was just a relay loop on top of other relay loops. It's increasingly being exposed to users, so we should rename it to "Mail" so they get helpful crumbs like "Mail > Inbox" instead of "MetaMTA > Inbox".
