Differential comment preview area should be pretty like Pholio

Description

The comment preview area for Differential is not as cool as the one for Pholio. In particular, the inline comments are their own UI in the preview, rather than appearing as they will ultimately render. It would be nice to have these render nicely.

(T4846 is another area of difference of course.)

I'd maybe go the other way: there's no way to delete or edit inline comments from the preview in Pholio. I use these features fairly often in Differential.

Particularly, this would be worse for me if we lost edit/delete-from-preview and only gained a slicker UI.
