In the month view of the Calendar application, currently all users see their weeks starting on Sunday. This is not the preferred default of many, and should be configurable. Perhaps we should have a calendar config, where the timezone, week start day, etc can be chosen by the user. Consequently, month view in Calendar should respect the start day specified in the config.
