Description

Repro steps:

Be in two chats with realtime infrastructure running.
Load a page with chat "A" in durable column
Switch to chat "B" in the durable column by clicking the icon at the top of the page.
In another browser, send messages to chat "B".

Expected:

Receive messages in column.

Actual:

No messages in column.
