Give Calendar events custom icons

Description

You should be able to select a custom icon for a Calendar event, similar to projects. Some examples might be:

  • Default
  • Party
  • Travel
  • Health/Appointment
  • Sabatical / Leave?
  • Working from Home?
  • Holiday?

Sunrise guesses the icon based on what text you put in, pretty handy. so "Walk Dog" becomes " Walk Dog"
