Quite possibly, that shiz is whack

This report sounds like Wikimedia's Phabricator task search page doesn't scroll when mouse cursor over sidebar, which still can be reporoduced if you go to the sidebar of i.e. https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/maniphest/query/IF7FrspdWr3l/ , in the grey area below the menu.

With exactly the same browser and conditions I cannot reproduce it here, so maybe this has been fixed indeed.

It seems to wig out me most when browsing some url with an anchor.

@qgil, I believe the sidebar thing should be fixed at HEAD -- see T7052.

Quicksand uses the HTML5 History API, so it shouldn't be writing or reading anchors (older incarnations, notably Quickling, did use anchors). Javelin has some backward compatibility code that does interact with anchors, so it's possible that there's something going on there, but my expectation is that the anchor code will never be reached in a modern browser.

Everytime I think I have a solid repo case, it vanishes. Unfortunately my scrollbar is 'wigging out' several times a day in very odd ways. Perhaps I should try Canary.

@chad do you need any more help reproducing this/is this fixed? I just noticed this behavior after our office upgraded to a more recent Phabricator build and it is totes annoying, I can also reproduce it with 100% reliability.

Actually I had been hitting it a lot in the past week, need to look into it again I think. This is Mac/Chrome/Desktop

Presumably obsoleted in HEAD.
