Description

It seems that anyone can modify/create mailing lists on this install. I don't think this is intentional, and it should probably be locked down if possible.

No, you're correct. I figured that this was related to Phacility (the company, not the service). Specifically, I wasn't sure if this was a limitation or the application or just someone that needed configuration.

Aaaah, okay, that makes sense. Yeah, application limitation. I'll push this box at some point and pick up the fix.
