`clients.active` field is not present on the `notification/status` page

Description

When accessing the notification/status/ page, there is no clients.active field in the displayed table even though it is defined in the function generating that page content - see AphlictAdminServer.php:87.

This was due to _listeners.length being undefined in the getActiveListenerCount() function, I'll post a patch.
