Clicking on a task should open the details inline in a modal, instead of reloading the entire page

Description

there's no need to load an entire other page to view task details, and it slows down the process of going over the contents of a workboard.

Instead the entire edit, commenting, etc view of a task should pop up over the workboard, then go away when hitting ESC or some other "close" type of action.
