Typeaheads should work with slugs

Description

I find it counterintuitive that typeaheads don't work with project slugs. For example, we have a "Systems Engineering" project with a #syseng slug, but typing s-y-s-e into a "Projects" field doesn't return any results.

I think this is very easy, but should wait for T4420 since it'll be piles of conflicts otherwise.

(Or possibly T4420 should land up to D9896, then this should happen before we rebuild the token name index, although those interactions might get a little complicated.)

Sure, sounds reasonable and it seems that T4420 isnt far away from being resolved (fixed in D9903).
