Hello, I would like to see a Test Manager Application be developed for Phabricator, so that you can use Phabricator not just for development, but also for QA testing; one more phase of the development cycle covered!

I could give a long description of what features it should have, but instead, I'm going to add a link to the Test Manager Plugin for Trac, which has a pretty exhaustive list. Perhaps not all of it will be relevant to Phabricator, but it would be nice to have integration with Project Management, so that you can define test cases per project.
