We have various projects that were seemingly created either accidentally or as test projects. These were created back when the Projects application was much less restricted and any user could create a project.

I have archived these projects and restricted their visibility in an attempt to hide them from non-admin users. However, many of these projects have never been used (as far as I can tell) and it should be safe to just delete them without compromising the integrity of any other data.
